SOUND FOR RIDING

Major Express came to our program in June 2025. He is a 2010 chestnut gelding who was bred for racing and trained at the track, but was not ever actually raced. His previous owner had him for 10 years and restarted him in trail riding and eventing. Her life circumstances changed and she could no longer care for him - not due to any fault of his. We are still getting to know him, but it is clear that he has a lot of training and experience and doesn’t feel much like a racehorse at all! He is tall, big boned and sturdy, with the sweetest temperament. He really wants to please and deserves to find his forever person!
