Meet Yurei, which means ‘Ghost’ in Japanese. He is a very happy, sweet, in-your-pocket, gelding that has been with us for about 18 months. Yurei arrived in 2019 after retiring from racing due to a suspensory ligament injury. We’d like to see him to go a light/moderate riding home rather than one with a more strenuous work load.

After several months of rest and relaxation, Yurei was restarted under saddle in December of 2019. Yurei is well versed in the round pen and on the lunge line. He is ridden regularly, learning basic principles and working on his Western and Classical Dressage skills.

He stands well for grooming, bathing and trimming. He is currently barefoot and UTD on everything.
