“Salem” is a really cool horse with a great head on his shoulders - his kind and brave personality will help him excel in any discipline. He retired from racing due to an osselet bone growth on his front pastern, though it appears not to interfere with the fetlock joint, or cause any pain at this time. We are keeping him in rehab a bit longer, to continue evaluating his soundness and build strength for a new career.
