Ringo is a 2021 gelding who retired from racing after 10 starts. He had a bowed tendon and was underweight when he arrived, but he has healed fully with no limitations. We also treated him for stomach ulcers and he has put on some weight. He has just started his retraining and is such a sweet horse to work with. He is a nice mover and has lots of potential!
When Ringo arrived in our program in June 2026, he was underweight.
“Lincoln” is a 2020 gelding who retired from racing after 24 starts. He is a gorgeous 16.3 hand black bay with a sweet personality. He started his retraining in October 2026 and is looking for his forever person!
Making progress on his weight and general health in September 2026.
This is the day he arrived in June 2026. Looking pretty underweight!
“Heath” is a 2020 gorgeous bay gelding with a solid build and sweet personality. He retired from racing in 2024, after 5 career starts. He has been restarted under saddle. He is sound, but came to us with an old sesamoid injury that has responded well with shockwave treatment. Heath is sweet as can be and gets along well with both geldings and mares. He is a very cool horse!
COMPANION HORSE
“Phoenix” is a lovely chestnut gelding, who retired from racing at age 11, after 66 starts. He is a warhorse who earned his retirement from racing and has some wear and tear to prove it. He is incredibly intelligent and kind and would make a wonderful friend for humans and horses. He is easy to handle and gets along well with both mares and other geldings. He is such a sweetheart and he deserves the best forever home!

Moon Pie is a 2021 filly who retired from racing after 3 starts as a 2 year old. She came with a knee fracture that responded well to ProStride platelet rich plasma treatment and has had a few years to let down and grow up. She has been looking consistently sound and she has started some groundwork training, in hopes that she might become a riding horse. She is a playful girl who enjoys being turned out with both mares and geldings and would be a fun addition to any herd.

Grady” is a 2020 gelding who retired from racing in 2024 and was adopted in early 2025. He was returned to our program in 2026, due to no fault of his own. All of our adopted horses are welcome back at any time!
We are so happy to have Grady back in the barn. He is tall, handsome, with the kindest temperament. He is sound, under saddle and ready to find his forever home!
